How does purchasing a property from your site work?

Purchasing vacant land from our website is simple. It is similar to buying any other real estate property but only takes 3 simple steps:

  1. Pick out the property you want and reserve with a deposit. 
  2. Sign the real estate Agreement
  3. Close with a local Title Company or Closing Attorney

Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?

There will be closing costs that vary between locations and title companies. That price ranges anywhere from $800-$1500. Other than that the price you see is the price you will pay + closing costs. We also offer Owner Financing on most of our properties!

Are you a real estate agent?

Nope. We are an Investment Company that buys and sells vacant land. 

Why are your properties so cheap?

We are an Investment Company that buys vacant land at a big discount so that we can pass that discount along to our Buyer’s! Our prices are below Market Value, typically 10-40% below.  We are a value for our customers so they get to purchase their dreams at a discount!

Can you help me look for a specific kind of property?

Absolutely! Tell us exactly what you are looking for and we will try and find you OFF MARKET properties so you get the deal and price you are wanting!

How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?

The entire transaction occurs with a Title company or closing attorney. So funds and payments get completed through a third party just like purchasing your home or other real estate. We want to make sure our customers feel as comfortable as possible with each transaction.
